神谷浩史と入野自由からなる二人組のレーベル内ユニット。担当カラーはライトピンク。
ユニット名の由来は「神谷(KAmi)」と「自由(miYU)」を合わせた造語で、2010年7月18日に開催されたKAmiYU in Wonderlandから活動を行っている。
Kiramuneのバラエティ班的存在で、Kiramune初のバラエティイベント「KAmiYU in Wonderland」を不定期に開催している。
